A sound governance structure and an effective division of roles and responsibilities support our operations and the achievement of our stated objectives.

Green Field Holding’s governing body is the Board of Directors. We have set up our Board of Directors in accord with UAE’s Company Law and as per
GCC standards.

Green Field Holding implements its corporate governance model to ensure well-defined responsibilities and effective checks and balances. We have
improved our organizational structure and work stream standards. We have also established a mechanism for scientific decision-making and authorization,
put in place a comprehensive risk management system and developed a sophisticated and diversified investment platform.
